Can Not Delete Files Or Folders used By Another Program? Here is the Solution

Few times while deleting a file or folder, we get notifications like we won’t be able to delete that file or folder from our system. The notifications are generally like this :

1. Cannot delete file or folder. It is being used by another program or person.
2. Cannot delete file : Access is denied.
3. The source or destination file may be in use
4. There has been a sharing violation
5. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is currently not in use.

These notifications pop up when we hit the delete button. Once started, you won’t be able to delete that file or folder unless you restart your system. But here is a solution to this problem.
